How it works?
1
Upon a child's enrollment in our program, an immediate and comprehensive assessment is required. This initial evaluation serves as the baseline for determining their needs and formulating an individualized service plan. Alternatively, a current (within six months) progress report, re-assessment, or transfer re-evaluation may be accepted.

Periodic updates detailing a child's developmental progress will be communicated to parents at regular intervals, typically every six months. These comprehensive progress reports inform parents of their child's current standing, highlighting achievements and areas requiring further attention. Beyond the standard semi-annual reports, additional reports may be issued whenever the treatment team identifies the need for a change in service. This proactive approach ensures that parents are kept fully informed and involved in any strategic adjustments made to best support their child's growth and development.
2
Creating a service plan involves a BCBA working closely with the family. This collaborative effort focuses on addressing the child's specific needs and goals. The resulting individualized plan includes in-depth evaluations, behavioral objectives, specific intervention techniques, and consistent progress monitoring, all designed to align with the child’s distinct abilities and challenges.
5
EA subsequent reassessment will be conducted, employing the identical assessment tools and methodologies utilized during the initial evaluation. This consistent approach allows for a direct, side-by-side analysis of your child's developmental journey and therapeutic outcomes over time. By maintaining uniformity in the assessment process, we can accurately track and quantify the strides your child has made since commencing treatment.
3
Each treatment session will involve comprehensive documentation detailing the skills targeted, techniques employed, and the client's specific performance for each goal. To track progress and guide treatment planning, detailed notes will be recorded during each session.ule a free consultation with any of your recommended doctors to see is the right fit.
6
A detailed discussion will be held to determine the next steps for your child's care. This conversation will involve a review of the findings and an exploration of two potential pathways. First is whether your child has met the predetermined criteria for graduation from the current treatment program, signifying successful attainment of their individualized goals. Secondly, should further intervention be deemed necessary, we will discuss the seamless transition to alternative ABA treatment models or any additional specialized services tailored to address any emerging or ongoing needs. The decision will be entirely guided by your child's unique profile, progress, and evolving needs, ensuring the provision of the most effective and supportive care.
